Phihong USA is looking for a responsible, detail oriented and customer centric individual to fill its Distribution Sales Manager position. The individual will work with the Regional Sales Managers (RSM) and Marketing to support Phihong’s national and regional electronics distributors and grow distribution sales. Responsibilities of the position include but is not limited to:

• Obtaining ongoing distributor mindshare.
• Working with RSMs to authorize, approve and quote special pricing/off-book pricing requests.
• Working on special projects and semi-customized projects through distributors, from initial discussions to production.
• Reviewing, determining and maintaining appropriate product inventory/stocking levels and work with Inside Sales and Sales Operations to re-order items as necessary.
• Responding to electronic inquiries and, if appropriate, routing sales leads to suitable distributor(s).
• Reviewing and recommending appropriate stocking packages/inventory stocking to distributors.
• Reviewing and managing distributor Point of Sales (POS) reports.
• Develop co-op campaigns with distributors.
• Disseminating price list, product notices, and other materials to distributors.
• Working with the VP of Sales to manage distributor contracts.
