• Utilize broad expertise and unique knowledge of switching power supply and networking products to establish an application engineering team and contribute to development of company objectives and achieve engineering as well as business goals in effective ways.
• Participate in Project management and coordinate strategic account support programs and activities, involving AC/DC switching power supply application, specification definition, hardware engineering as well as system level testing.
• Lead the team to provide comprehensive local technical support from Design Architecture to Manufacturing Engineering, local project management and new business penetration.
• Coordinate customers? technical requirements and business prospects when prioritizing engineering developmental projects.
• Build up customer relationship in order to secure successful customer production ramp up.

Requirements:

• BSEE and five (5) years progressive experience in Frond-End AC/DC switching power supply design and project management, including architecture of switching power supply, circuit efficiency, thermal management, flyback topology, electromagnetic compatibility, and familiar with the tools of digital oscilloscope, EMI measurement receivers, programmable AC source, electronic loads, and circuit simulators.
